Pre-development assistance on your targeted property.

This phase is designed to organize the development of a new project to minimize the time and cost, and maximize the value of your investment.

Construction By J’s  approach  is simple.  Proper preparation and then, implementation of a proven  procedure.  We pride ourselves on quality planning which includes a careful evaluation of each cost in relation to the budgeted amount, accurate scheduling and effective phasing of long lead items, and, working with the Architects and Civil Engineers to maximum cost savings through value engineering.
Before a building permit is issued other municipal requirements must be addressed.  

Zoning, sign issues, DOT or highway permits, availability of utilities, fire and health department issues.   Normally the Architect or Site Engineer will manage these but, many times, a contractor has to be the point man.  

CBJ has the experience to take charge and bring closure to the permitting process.








CBJ coordinates the construction of each project with all government personnel such as building officials, fire marshals, health inspectors, and zoning officials.  

CBJ wants to insures that the QUALITY control criteria for all projects meet or exceed the design specification.  

Test records identifying the type of tests, date, time and the results are maintain by CBJ for future reference.
