I first met John when he was building a restaurant for another Franchisee I was working for in Florida.  His professionalism and attention to detail is what set him apart from the other builders we had used in the past and, it showed in the end.   

A short time later, I became a co-founder and partner in another franchise venture.  John has built all of our restaurants and, he has showed the same professionalism and attention to detail on each of them.

John Cady  thinks like an operator. He understands the workings of a restaurant and requirements of how to build the structure according to the plans and the various municipal codes.  While working with John you are not dealing with an employee of the firm but, with the person that has put his sweat and blood into wanting to make our business successful. We recently opened a new GC 11 in New Braunfels Texas that was constructed by Construction By J, Inc.

I can say unequivocally that our experience was a positive one.  John and Elton were great to work with and kept us abreast of the progress each and every week with updated timelines and a review of the various issues that arise during a project of this size.  Their extensive experience in building GC’s was evident as the job never stalled out and they had us up and running within 120 days of mobilizing.  They have been attentive to the little follow ups that always occur on new construction and their support documentation is excellent.
